Aminata Chabi leke is a certified and experienced interpreter working in English, French and Wolof. Born and raised in Senegal, Aminata has a natural love and curiosity for world languages. She is actively working to perfect her Hausa language. She is keen to learn new things while facilitating language access to people in her communities. She has provided interpretation and translation services in legal and social justice fields. She believes that through learning different languages, we discover and understand new cultures that will help overcome language barriers in communities. She loves working and communicating with children to help them grow and explore their world.

Blanche Bationo is a certified interpreter providing services in French, Moore (Mossi), Bambara and English. She has over 20 years experience providing interpretation and translation services in immigration legal services and other social services. Originally from Burkina Faso, West Africa, Blanche became passionate about interpretation so as to facilitate efficient and accurate communication between providers and clients, especially on immigration matters.

Malado Barro is a certified interpreter providing services in Bambara/Mandingo, French and English. Malado has been interpreting since 2014, where she received her first interpreting training from the International Refugee Committee. Originally from Mali, Mrs. Barro started to interpret in hospitals and in schools to help Africans make their voices heard. While working as a Community Health Worker, Malado advocates and interprets for her community because she thinks and believes that no one should suffer or feel excluded because of the language barrier. Malado is passionate about social justice and equal opportunity for all no matter what language you speak. Malado also has a Masters Degree in Aquatic Environment and previously taught high school biology. She is a very patient person and a very good listener.

Mamadou Diallo has 5 years of experience providing interpretation and translation services, primarily in legal settings with a focus on immigration cases. Originally from Guinea, Mamadou was born and raised in Senegal, West Africa. Mamadou is passionate about interpretation because he feels it is the best way to serve his community by facilitating their access to services in their native language.

Born in Senegal, Mbacke Thiam graduated from Cheikh Anta Diop University with a Masters Degree in English. After coming to the U.S. to further his education, he worked odd jobs in restaurants and witnessed the struggle firsthand of African immigrants in New York. This propelled Mbacke into the world of advocacy, organizing and interpreting. His experience working in grassroot organizations such as COSYDEP, African Communities Together, UndocuBlack Network and Harlem Children’s Zone propelled him in the world of Social Justice and Language Access. Mbacke believes that language should not be a barrier for any person to thrive or get the services they need. Mbacke earned his certified in Translation and Interpretation in August 2021. He is eager to provide interpretation services in Wolof and French in settings including hospitals, schools, community meetings, and immigration services.

Being born and raised in Togo I am a native speaker of Ewe/Mina. Additionally, I am trained and certified in interpretation services while fluent in French and English. I have a proven track record of providing accurate and effective communication in any setting, whether it's a business meeting, court hearing, or providing immigrant services. I believe in the power of language to connect people and with over 12 years of experience I am committed to providing the tools and resources necessary to make that happen.

Yacouba Ouattara is originally from Mali, and grew up speaking Bambara as his mother tongue and formal education in French and English. He previously earned a degree and worked as a professor teaching English as a Second Language. Yacouba brings this academic and professional experience to his work as a certified interpreter and translator.

Alane Bibang has 7 years experience interpreting and translating for organizations and institutions including the UN, the City of New York, and IRAP, as well as a number of universities, law firms, and humanitarian agencies. Alane found passion in helping facilitate services to help people get out of desperate situations and change their lives for the better.
